This service is designed to guide authors through every stage of the launch process, from early promotional announcements to release week buzz. I manage the organization, outreach, and communication needed to run a smooth and effective campaign, allowing authors to focus on their writing while their launch is strategically promoted.

Launch campaigns may include coordinating promotional events such as a cover reveal, teaser blast, excerpt reveal, release blitz, and blog tour. I create and manage sign-up forms, monitor participation, and coordinate with bloggers, reviewers, and influencers who are interested in helping share the book with their audiences.

Each promotional event includes a prepared promotional packet with graphics, book information, and a press release so participants have everything they need to easily share the book. I also assist with outreach to comparable authors for potential cross-promotion opportunities that can expand visibility within the genre.

Additional support includes ARC management and distribution, helping ensure advance readers receive copies and are prepared to share reviews and content around launch. All correspondence with bloggers, reviewers, and influencers is handled from start to finish so communication remains organized and professional throughout the campaign.

These selections can be used to create graphics, reels, quote posts, and reader engagement posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
